"The primary purposes recited in the governing documents are to provide for the maintenance, preservation, and architectural control of the residential structures for [both] associations."
The further purposes are the following (as paraphrased from the BDCA Articles of Incorporation):
Furnish ordinary municipal services, to acquire or dispose of property, to carry out the purposes of the organization
To provide, establish, maintain, and manage club for fellowship and companionship
To provide things and services desirable for the general good and welfare of the community
To encourage friendship and cooperation among the members
The rules and regulations have been established for all owner-residents, guests, and tenants so that the beauty and benefits of the Bermuda Golf Club Estates subdivision may be enjoyed by all.
